I believe that the Domenico that died in 1813 is the same Domenico
that occurrs in so many marriage records as the husband of Paolina Spina.
However, the evidence is circumstantial.Wherever a birth place is mentioned, every child of this marriage was born in CNMR.
However, every marriage that occurred after 1812 (except one) occurred in Apricena.
This could be explained if the widow moved after her husband died. The 1st marr of Vincenza was in CNMR, but occurred before the death.
The 1830 marr of Donata, at age 37, that occurred in CNMR, can be explained
if she is the same Donata married previously to Baranelli.
(The Baranelli marr clearly also occurred before the death)
