Obit: large write-up in Milwaukee paper plus obit. Buried in Wisconsin Memorial Park. He was a high-wire performer and acrobat with Ringling Bros. under the name of Vanis (with family members). He also worked vaudiville and owned the Layton Park Theater for 45 years.
