Mr Gotchy was born in Fon Du
Lac, Wisconsin in 1857. He married
Miss Jennie Carpenter in 1881 and
in 1889 they came to Washington
and located at Olympia where he
worked as a millwright. Later they
moved to Bothell where he worked
in mills. A residence in Blaine was
terminated in 1910 by amove to
Bellingham where they have re-
sided continuosly since.

Besides his widow there survive
two sons and two daughters; three
sisters, Mrs L duranceau of
????, Mrs George Williams of
???? and Mrs Frank Price of
Blaine; three brothers, William of
????, Elmer of Bellingham,
and Joseph of Ferndale.
