Getting first order provenance for Ann is problematic. Her birth record from Saipan would require study just to have a hope of moving forward. Her death record from AZ is protected by privacy laws until 2071. Even her step-mother is not allowed access (although I sensed a bit of uncertainty in response to my inquiry.)

I have a personal acquaintance with her step-mother and she has provided the place of birth info. She has also verified the parentage and provided the information that Ann never married and never had children. Social Security death records have provided the month and year of death, but not the day. I have decided to accept this information as my provenance.
