I cannot find this census entry. I have tried my most clever searches without success. I give up and declare "no census entry" for this person. A small reward for the first to prove me wrong.

I have also searched without success for any subsequent mention of this person in my on-line resources. I have searched using all the aliases known to me. It seems most likely that this person has either died or changed names prior to this census. I will report no additional census data until a death is found or a name change discovered.

I have yet to learn much about mother Charity Decker prior to 1850. Her husband was already dead by then and is only inferred by surname. It was hard for a widow to keep her family together in those days, and I may have to wait for someone more invested in this research to reveal the next chapter of this family's story.
