I cannot find this census entry. I have tried my most clever searches without success. I give up and declare "no census entry" for this person. A small reward for the first to prove me wrong. Directory entries show them living in New Britain before and after the census. I do not see why they would not be in New Britain for the census. I have visually scanned all the census records for New Britain - 13 districts, 583 pages.
