I cannot find this census entry. I have tried my most clever searches without success. I give up and declare "no census entry" for this person. A small reward for the first to prove me wrong. His wife died in Plover in 1899, and he died in Plover in 1903. I can only imagine that he was in the wind in 1900 and got missed.
