I cannot find this census entry. I have tried my most clever searches without success. I give up and declare "no census entry" for this person. A small reward for the first to prove me wrong. In 1920, his wife was in the asylum and his kids in orphange or juvenile detention. I suspect he did not handle her situation well and could not deal with the children by himself. He probably went off the grid until he surfaced in 1940 Census.
